Client Service & Support Specialist – Financial Services (Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier client service efficiently, ensuring all client deadlines are met.
- Uphold company and regulatory standards, emphasising compliance.
- Offer technical support to team members, aiding in client issue resolution.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Support Financial Advisors in crafting and documenting client-specific financial plans.
- Develop solutions in a compliant, personalised, and tailored manner.
- Assist Financial Advisors in the annual client review process.
- Participate in virtual client meetings alongside Financial Advisors.
- Critically evaluate information from both Advisors and clients.
- Research and analyse investment funds and insurance products as necessary.
Skills & Experience:
- Initial and ongoing training in-house, and industry exams will be provided and supported. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Business-related degree or QFA is desirable
- An understanding of financial products, especially Pensions & Investments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
